Translators now have an improved notification tool, so they can notify the receiver, when an old file is sent back to the FTP folder. More, the person behind the ordered translation also has the opportunity to accept the old version or to contact the assigned translator for a clarification.
Notification tracking of incoming files with no job id
Sometimes incoming files have no job id and can’t be placed in folders automatically. Now a notification is set to inform users about incoming files with no job id. This means that a user is notified early in the process about a missing id and can create one manually, so the file fit the right folder.
With the file backup it is now possible just to make a copy of the proof sheet file form OUT folder and from IN folder. More, a language file copy is made to the IN folder in the current language the document is translated to. It is now easierĀ for users to see the difference between translated and proof sheets and with less back ups it also take up less space on internal servers.
When files are received from translation, it is now possible to rename the duplicated versions. Sometimes file names are changed in the translation process and it can be difficult to track the right and most updated version, if they named differently. Now it is easy to get an overview when all files have a common name.
